DESIGN

For the design of the tools we use the CAD program CATIA V5 and Siemens NX at 11 workstations.
From the design data created by the customer, we determine all the data relevant to us for designing the first finished part and the subsequent series production.
Our design is responsible for ensuring that the method works and then implementing it in the tool design. The team of designers falls back on the simulation to ensure that the drawing method works. We use the Autoform program to perform all the calculations that take into account and compensate for any material-specific component springback

CAD

Our manufacturing methods depend entirely on the customer's specific requirements. We use the latest computer technology to meet these requirements. We have more than 11 CAD workstations (CATIA V5 and Siemens NX). We use these programs to seamlessly continue our customers' designs.

FORMING SIMULATION

In order to ensure that the pressing process works, the tools are tested during and after the design with the deep-drawing simulation program AutoForm. This allows us to take into account and compensate for any material-specific component springback. That's what ensures the high quality of our molded parts.
