The pressing department is the core of our production. This is where the prototype parts or small series are deep-drawn for our customers. We press on our largest press, a Schuler press with 2500 t pressing force, complete side panels, door pairs, or similar workpieces. There is a furnace used for hot forming in order to meet special customer requirements. Our team's long-term experience is reflected in the high quality of our pressed parts.
We press everything from individual prototypes to small series.
We press anything challenging, such as door-pair/side panel, funnels or holders, according to our presses of 2500 t to 200 t.
If necessary, we use our heating furnace for hot forming.
