Our toolmaking employees ensure the smooth implementation of the design's requirements.
The data is converted into milling data at our 5 programmer workstations at present. At these workstations, we use the DepoCam and hyperMill programs, which create the data for our 7 portal milling machines equipped with Heidenhain control.
The machinery in the milling department consists of the following machine types:
TRIMILL VM 7035
August 2016, we had put our new 5-axis, vertical portal milling machine from TRIMILL into operation. The TRIMILL VM 7035 was built to our requirements.
Unlike our current milling machine, the VM 7035 is capable of automatic cutter head changing. We can use three different heads.
